Andrea Berry
Andrea Berry is the Global Program Manager for the Next Generation of Volume Licensing within the Process and Tools Team of Microsoft Operations. Andrea has been at Microsoft for 11 years previously in Risk Management; Worldwide Licensing and Pricing; and now Operations. Andrea is a subject matter expert in VL Programs and Contracts. She was the Operations lead during the launch of Select Plus in 2008. She has been engaged in program and system design for the Next Generation of Volume Licensing for past two years and is currently the lead for Change Management. Andrea is a 2009 graduate from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business/ebusiness.

Ben Tan
General Manager, Asia Pacific
Microsoft Retail Sales and Marketing Division
Based in Singapore, Ben Tan is the General Manager, Asia Pacific for Microsoft Retail Sales and Marketing Division.
He oversees the strategic direction and sales of Microsoft products like the Xbox 360 game console and software, Microsoft Hardware peripherals and retail full-packaged products like Windows 7, Office 2010 and Office for Mac 2011 in the region.
Ben has worked in various marketing and sales roles with Microsoft since 1996, helming successful consumer launches of products like Xbox 360, Kinect, Windows 95 and Windows XP, and also driving strategic initiatives like the Microsoft Retail Centre.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Business degree and an M.B.A. from the University of Portland, USA. He is married with two children. |

Bernard Ho
Director, Partner & Field Operations
Bernard is the Director of Partner & Field Operations for Microsoft Asia Pacific Operations Center, a role he has assumed since April 2011. He is responsible for the leadership and management of the channel operations function across the 4 areas -- Asia-Pacific, Greater China Region, India and Japan, interfacing with functional stakeholders and partners to ensure smooth delivery of the sales cycle.
Bernard joined Microsoft in 1999, and has held different portfolios of roles spanning Program Management and Channel Operations. Prior to the current role, he was the Director, APOC Dynamics Operations, leading an end-to-end team for Microsoft Business Solutions. |

Brooke Drynan
Brooke Drynan is the Customer and Partner Experience Lead at the Asia Pacific Operations Center in Singapore.
She joined Microsoft in 2005, working at the Americas Operations Center in Reno, Nevada, USA. She's a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt now focused on using voice of the customer data to understand and drive improvements to the customer experience.
She grew up in the United States and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University. |

Chris Sharp
GM Online Services - SMSP
Microsoft Asia
After having run the Server & Tools business in Asia Pacific for 3 years and nearly doubled that business during his tenure Chris Sharp assumed leadership of Microsoft’s Online Strategy in Asia in March of this year. In this role, he is directly responsible for creation of Sales and Marketing Channels for our Online offerings through all of Asia, including GCR, APAC, Japan and India.
Chris joined the company eight years ago as Director of Platform Strategy, and had established himself at the forefront of Microsoft’s Commercial Software Initiative. His responsibilities included working across customer segments to demonstrate the business value of the Microsoft platform.
Prior to joining Microsoft in July 2003, Chris was at Red Hat Asia Pacific for three years, and most recently, held the position of Managing Director. Chris joined Red Hat shortly after its public listing as its second employee in the region and was responsible for the development of the Red Hat sales model within the region.
Chris has over 19 years of experience in the IT Industry in a wide range of roles including Sales, Channels Management and Professional Services. Chris has gained broad experience of the Server business in developing and running distribution organizations for technology companies such as Oracle, Informix and Progress. Chris also brings to Microsoft a wealth of experience in partner / alliance management as well as distribution management.
Chris holds Qualifications in Marketing from the University of Southern Queensland. |

Isidro Zoroza
Director, Channel Programs & Policies
Isidro Zoroza is a Director in the Worldwide Licensing and Pricing group at Microsoft. His team is primarily responsible for Volume Licensing Channel Programs support (spanning channel partners, hosting partners and ISV partners) more commonly known internally as the “Partner Business Desk”
He joined Microsoft in 2001 and has since held both Corporate and regional positions, in Redmond (USA), Europe and Latin America covering several areas ranging from licensing policy definition to licensing sales negotiations with both enterprise and public sector customers.
Before joining Microsoft, Isidro was the co-founder and owner of a software company building solutions for manufacturing process automation. Isidro holds an Aeronautical Engineering degree from his home country – Argentina – and a Master’s Degree in Business from M.I.T. |

Simone Röder
Channel Programs & Policy Manager Asia
Simone is Partner Business Desk Manager in Asia covering India, Greater China Region, Japan and Asia Pacific. The Partner Business Desk enables and supports the Volume Licensing business impacting partners. It is the decision making authority for channel policy and partner program escalations and concessions, balancing policy and flexibility to provide guidance and consistency in the analysis and negotiation of partner-related volume licensing opportunities. Its areas of responsibility include governance on volume licensing channel models, exception management on SPLA, ISVR and Syndication partners.
Simone joined Microsoft in 1999 and has been working in various roles in the Channel Business for almost 10 years. She gained her professional experience from positions held in Germany, Australia and most recently Singapore, where she is now based. |

Tracey Fellows
President, Asia Pacific Region
Tracey Fellows was appointed President of the Asia Pacific Region for Microsoft in December 2010, and is based in Singapore. Tracey's leadership of the Microsoft business in the Asia Pacific region will allow her to champion her passion for the role technology plays in education, diversity and creating opportunities for women in the technology sector, and good corporate citizenship. She leads Microsoft teams in a very diverse geographical region, covering Australia and New Zealand in the Pacific, Korea, South East Asia and the emerging markets of Brunei, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Tracey grew up in Canada, moving to Australia during her high school years. She completed a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University and a postgraduate Diploma of Banking Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and amassed over 22 years work experience in the Australian IT industry.
She held a number of roles with Dell, including as their General Manager of Home, Small and Medium Business Division, and IBM, as General Manager of their PC Division.
In 2003, Tracey joined Microsoft's Australia team as the lead for the server and tools business, before being promoted to the Marketing Director role. In this position, she oversaw all the business operations and corporate and product marketing functions, including Windows Client, Microsoft Office System, Windows Server System, Mobility and Microsoft Business Solutions.
In 2007, she became Managing Director of Microsoft Australia. In this role, she was charged with meeting the needs of Microsoft's customers, which include governments, large enterprises, small-and-medium business, and consumers, as well as the 14,000 partners and independent software vendors who produce leading edge technology solutions for Australian businesses based on Microsoft's platform.
Under Tracey's leadership, Microsoft Australia was recognised for Australia's Hewitts Best of the Best (2009), Hewitts Best Employer (2007), Diversity @ Work Employment and Inclusion of Women in Leadership (2009). Today, Microsoft Australia is one of the company's top ten overseas subsidiaries. Tracey also championed the role of women in the IT industry and became recognised as one of Australia's leading businesswomen.
Tracey is married to Ian, and they have a seven year old son, Jake. |

Vicente Valdepenas
Director, BIOS Operations
Vicente is the Director of BIOS Operations for Microsoft Asia Pacific Operations Center, a role he has assumed since 2011. He is responsible for enabling revenue for emerging businesses in Asia-Pacific and Japan, including Software Plus Services (S+S) "in-the-cloud", healthcare, digital distribution, mobile, and other organic business ventures.
Vicente joined Microsoft in 2004, leading the Solution Management team for the Entertainment & Devices Division. He has been leading the BIOS Operations team since 2009 in a senior managerial capacity. |

Yun Seong Yong
General Manager, Asia Pacific Operations Center
Yun Seong is the General Manager of Microsoft Asia Pacific Operations Center (APOC), a role he assumed in 2011. He is responsible for the strategy and execution of operations functions such as order and license processing, management of manufacturing turnkey vendors, logistics, and invoicing. Yun Seong and his team play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of 18 Microsoft subsidiaries throughout the Asia Region, as well as managing operational relationships with more than 500 Microsoft Partners.
A Microsoft veteran of 15 years, Yun Seong was most recently the APOC Partner and Field Director, where he worked closely with the Sales, Marketing and Services Group (SMSG) and Microsoft Transactional Partners throughout the entire end-to-end sales cycle in order to optimize resources, improve customer and partner experience and grow the business. |
